Five innovations of the machine

1、High output. The stable speed can reach 80 boxes/minute.

適用範（fàn）圍：

適用於麵巾紙、餐巾紙（zhǐ）、方巾紙、手（shǒu）帕紙、棉柔巾（jīn）等（děng）的自動入盒封盒包裝。

2、 采用伺服電機和觸摸屏、PLC可編（biān）程控（kòng）製係統，人機界麵顯示（shì）操作更清晰簡便，自動化程度高，更具人性化；

3、 采（cǎi）用自動理料輸送機構，方便與自（zì）動生產線聯動生（shēng）產，可大量降低勞動力成本；

4、 采用光電眼自動（dòng）檢測跟蹤（zōng）係統，空包（bāo）不下盒，最大限度地節約了包裝材（cái）料（liào）；

5、 包裝（zhuāng）範（fàn）圍大，調節方便，各種規格（gé）尺寸之間可實現快（kuài）速轉換；

6、 更（gèng）換規格無需大量更換模具，隻需調節或更換個別部件即可實現；

7、 采用物品進盒不到位（wèi）自動停機（jī）和主傳動電機過載保護裝置，適用更安全可靠；

8、 可根據客戶要求，采用上翻式安全防護罩，操作簡便，外形美觀。

Main performances and structure features:

3. The automatic material arranging and conveying mechanism is adopted to facilitate linked production with automatic production line, which can greatly reduce labor cost.

4. The photoelectric eye automatic detection tracking system is adopted. No boxing is made if the bag is empty, so as to save packing materials to the utmost extent.

5. With wide packing range and convenient adjustment, fast switching among various specifications and sizes can be realized.

6. Change of specifications does not need change of molds, but can be realized through adjustment.

7. Automatic stopping is available when the material boxing is not in place, and the main driving motor overload protection device is used, so that the machine is safer and more reliable.

8. According to customer requirements, the upturning type safety protective cover is adopted, which is featured by simple operation and beautiful appearance.
