適用範圍：
適用於口服液（yè）、粉（fěn）針劑、水（shuǐ）針劑、其它西林瓶（píng）和安瓿瓶等的自動貼標、製（zhì）托/入托（tuō）、裝盒以（yǐ）及與後道設備的連接。
Application range:
It is suitable for automatic labeling, tray making/feeding, cartoning and connection with post procedure equipment of oral liquids, powder injection, water injection, other vials and ampoules.
主要性能結構特點：
采用自動製托、送托、貼標（biāo）、入（rù）托、說（shuō）明書折疊、入盒、打批號、封盒、剔（tī）廢等的包裝形式，結構緊湊合理（lǐ），操作調整簡單；
采用伺服/步進電機和觸摸屏、PLC可編程控製係統，人機界麵顯示操作（zuò）更清晰簡便，自動化程度高，更具人性化；
采用光電眼自動檢測跟蹤係（xì）統，無（wú）托不（bú）下瓶（píng），無料（liào）不下（xià）盒，最大限度地節約了包裝材料；
包裝範（fàn）圍大，調節方便，各種規格尺寸之間可實現快速（sù）轉換；
更（gèng）換規（guī）格無需大量（liàng）更換模具，隻需調節或更換少許配件即可實現；
貼標采用立式水（shuǐ）平送瓶、螺杆分瓶和（hé）標簽同步（bù）定位，入料穩定簡單；標簽定位準確，誤差僅為±0.5mm；
7、托盤入盒不（bú）到位自動停機和主傳動電機過載保護裝置，適（shì）用更安全可靠（kào）；
8、可根據客戶要求，製作安全（quán）防護罩，操作簡便，外形美觀。
9、可與噴碼機、在線稱量儀（yí）、三維包裝機/捆（kǔn）紮機、藥品電子監管碼係統等設備軟件實現（xiàn）聯動生產；
10、可根據客戶要求選配熱（rè）熔膠機，采用熱熔膠噴（pēn）膠（jiāo）封盒。
Main performances and structural features:
1. Packing forms such as automatic tray making, feeding, labeling, use instruction folding, boxing, batch No. printing, box sealing, waste rejecting, etc. are adopted. Featured by compact and reasonable structure, simple operation and adjustment.
2. Servo/step motor, touch screen, PLC control system and man-machine interface display make operation more clear and convenient. With high automation degree, the machine is more user-friendly.
3. The photoelectric eye automatic detection tracking system is adopted. No bottle feeding is made if there is no tray and no boxing is made if there is no material, so as to save packing materials to the utmost extent.
4. With wide packing range and convenient adjustment, fast switching among various specifications and sizes can be realized.
5. Change of specifications does not need change of molds, but can be realized through adjustment or replacement of a few fittings.
6. When labeling, the vertical bottles are fed along the horizontal direction into the screw and then are distributed by the screw for labeling. Bottle feeding, bottle distributing and labeling are carried out synchronously. The feeding is stable and simple. The label positioning is accurate with an error of only ±0.5mm.
7. Automatic stopping is available when the tray boxing is not in place, and the main driving motor overload protection device is used, so that the machine is safer and more reliable.
8. According to customer requirements, the safety protective cover is adopted, which is featured by simple operation and beautiful appearance.
9. Linked production with the ink jet printer, online weightometer, three-dimensional packing machine/strapping machine, drug electronic supervision code system and other equipment and software can be realized.
10. According to customer requirements, the hot melt glue machine can be equipped, and the hot melt glue spreading and box sealing can be adopted.
